Pfizer Vaccines are provided for everyone 12+. Please make sure you bring a school ID. No other documents are required, and vaccination is free. We will have interpreters on site speaking multiple languages.

A parent or guardian must provide consent for their child to be vaccinated in person, by phone or in writing. Minors between the ages of 12 and 15 must be accompanied to the vaccination site by a parent or guardian or another adult caregiver designated by the parent/guardian.
